The words they choose change what the two of them become.
They say that falling in love, and getting married, is all about timing.
Not everyone ends up with the one who truly loves them back.
Come and see those endings with your own eyes.
What changes is where their love ends up
It is not a mystery or a plot twist that changes.
It is where their love ends up.
Who chooses whom.
Which words are spoken, and which are swallowed.
That small difference takes the two of them somewhere else entirely.
No ending is the “right” one.
We hope each of you leaves asking yourself what you would have done.
How it works
There are four endings in total.
Two casts, the White Cast and the Black Cast, each perform all four endings, one per performance.
Each cast plays each ending only once.

The venue is Atelier Fanfare Higashi-Shinjuku in Tokyo.
There are 90 seats, all reserved. The play is performed in Japanese.
From film to stage
The short film “THE FALL” is streaming now on YouTube.
Its sequel, “THE MELT,” premieres on October 2 (Fri) and October 9 (Fri).
The play weaves these two stories into one.
It shows what the films could not: what happened behind the story, and what comes after.
